SHIPPING POLICY

1. Free local pick up on Saturday and or Sunday with set

time that will be sent in email.

2. Berry Bomb Candle will drop off at home or business with a fee of $5 for the Richmond and Columbia county only.

3. Standard shipping will be $10.99

As a small family owned and operated business we are not able to cover your return shipping

cost. If your order was due to incorrect address, marked undeliverable by delivery provider. We

will send an invoice for your order to be reshipped.

We will exchange any item that is damage on the behalf of Berry Bomb Candle Co. We will not

accept return/ exchange for products damaged by heat due to shipping or drop off shipping

please make arrangements so product is not exposed to excessive amount of heat.
